Refund and Returns Policy

At Asus Service Center, we are committed to providing professional repair services for ASUS laptops, desktops, monitors, motherboards, graphics cards, networking devices, and other compatible ASUS products Since we provide repair services rather than selling physical products, our refund policy is based on the repair work performed.

1. Diagnostic Charges

Diagnostic or inspection charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the device has been examined by our technicians.

2. Repair Approval

Before any major repair is carried out, customers will be informed of the estimated repair cost. Repair work will begin only after the customer provides approval.

3. Advance Payments

In certain cases, an advance payment may be required, especially when special-order spare parts are needed.

• If the customer cancels the repair before any work has started or before spare parts have been ordered, the advance payment may be refunded after deducting any applicable inspection or administrative charges.
• Once repair work has begun or spare parts have been procured specifically for the customer's device, advance payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Repair Warranty

Repairs performed by Asus Service Center may include a limited service warranty on the repaired component. The warranty period, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of delivery.

The warranty covers only the specific fault or component repaired and does not cover:

• Physical or accidental damage.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Electrical surges or misuse.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
• New faults unrelated to the original repair.

5. If the Same Problem Reoccurs

If the same issue covered under the repair warranty occurs during the applicable warranty period, customers should contact us immediately.

Our technicians will inspect the device and, if the issue is found to be covered under the warranty, the repair will be carried out without additional labour charges. If the issue is unrelated to the original repair or falls outside the warranty terms, additional charges may apply.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in exceptional situations, including:

• When Asus Service Center is unable to complete the approved repair after accepting the device and no repair work has been performed.
• When an advance payment was collected but the repair is cancelled before work begins and before any special spare parts have been ordered.

Refunds are not available after a repair has been successfully completed and the device has been returned to the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Backing up any data, where applicable, before submitting the device for repair.
• Providing accurate contact information.
• Collecting the repaired device within a reasonable period after notification.

Asus Service Center is not responsible for any existing cosmetic damage, hidden internal defects, or data loss discovered during the repair process.
